Struma+Iodine invites Czechia based phonon~ collective to Vienna. As part of the RESi release tour, phonon~ is bringing a night of experimental electronics, broken rhythms, and low-end physicality. The evening blends post-club sensibilities with raw live performance, presenting a shared space for sonic intensity, spatial presence, and genre-bending sound.
💿 STURMHERTA’s debut LP RESi (out 10.5. on phonon~) sets the tone, and the exclusive cassette edition will be available at the event.
Come early, stay late — and bring your body.

Polina Khatsenka is an audiovisual artist, sound designer and sonic curator from Minsk, Belarus, based in Usti nad Labem, Czech republic. She is devoting her work to various aspects of sound with a focus on audio performance, site-specific installations and composing. Polina is currently getting her PhD. degree at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Usti nad Labem. One of the essential aspects of Polina’s work is collaboration and group projects with NGO’s, networks and offspaces with a self-organized approach. Polina implies expanding the perception of both intimate and shared environment within her work, be it uncovering and operating with invisible but yet existing physical fields or addressing existential topics on a personal & communal level.
STURMHERTA (release live show)
STURMHERTA is a sound artist and experimental musician whose work delves into the boundaries of resonance, minimalism, and sonic complexity. His practice is rooted in exploration and experimentation, using both digital and physical resonators to transform simple audio inputs into intricate soundscapes. STURMHERTA’s approach often blurs the lines between digital synthesis, physical acoustics, and the natural behavior of feedback, resulting in performances and recordings that are as much about process as they are about the final sound.

DAPHNE VON SCHRADER (live)
Daphne von Schrader is a visual artist currently researching bacteria and the biological effect of sound. As a noise artist, she develops conceptual lecture-performances in which she explores sound in the context of ecological, social or personal issues. In one of her most recent sound pieces, she explored the physiological effect of certain frequency ranges and investigated how sound can influence a listening organism. Her electro-compositions are acoustic collages of associated impressions and feelings. Between noise synthesis, frequency manipulation and love songs, she reconfigures environments and narrates narrative sound phenomena. Away from sound, she works on projects between installation, sculpture and film.
