On Friday, April 21st, the sound art festival Sonic Territories teams up with the genre fluid party trolls Global Fyre 2099. The result is a delicate, yet banging line up, starting with a live show by Vienna based sound artist Subletvis with a visual show and stage design by media artist Klimentina Li, including lasers from IGLF.

Subletvis x Klimentina Li
Subletvis is the online moniker of sound artist and composer Mo Nahold. In his work he explores the facets of various sonic artifacts, channeling the space between abstract composition and pop signifiers.
His music has been released on labels such as Ventil Records, Parken and Denovali. Not The Whole Truth, the latest release, takes an emotive approach to his genre-bending compositions, exploring themes such as memory, remembrance and personal history.
Klimentina Li’s primary focus lies on interaction; her work ranges from play strategies and stage-based concepts to audio-visual compositions. Throughout her narratives, she observes alternative approaches to immersive experiences. She finds herself researching on the command grounds between those fields while questioning the already known. Her background in media art and pedagogy inspires her to find ways to communicate digital concepts in a playful manner. She was part of the core team of major European media and digital art festivals such as CIVA Festival 2022-2023, Digitale Welten 2022, and Ars Electronica 2017-2019.
